DUTIES OF THE PRESIDENT
The President shall:
- Schedule and preside at all Board Meetings.
- Prepare agenda.
- Appoint all committees.
- Execute Policies of the Organization.
- Review all scholarship requests.

DUTIES OF THE VICE-PRESIDENT
The Vice President shall:
- Perform any of the duties of the President in the latter's absence
and shall perform any further duties as delegated by the Executive Board.
- Schedule a bi-annual review of the association and bylaws.
- Ensure compliance of the policies of the association.
- Community and volunteer recruitment.
- Ensure an annual independent financial audit.

DUTIES OF THE TREASURER
The Treasurer shall:
- Maintain financial records of the organization.
- Prepare and distribute Treasurer's report at Board Meetings.
- Track and analyze all revenue and costs associated with Summer play, Fall Ball and Winter Gym.
- File an annual tax return.

DUTIES OF THE SECRETARY
The Secretary shall:
- Take minutes of all monthly meetings.
- Prepare and mail out Registration forms.
- Collect and compile registration forms for Summer and Winter Gym.
- Receive Fall Ball Registration Forms from Fall Ball Director.
- Collect a copy of an official birth certificate for each player and keep them on file.
- Maintain member and alumni data base.

DUTIES OF THE PLAYER AGENT
The Player Agent shall:
- Oversee any problems between players, coaches and parents.
- Serve on the evaluation committee.
- Participate in the tryout process.
- Register summer teams for tournaments.

DUTIES OF THE LEAGUE DIRECTOR
The League Director shall:
- Attend all Suburban League Meetings.
- Attend all MMFL Meetings.
- Report back to the Board information discussed at meetings.
- Serve as the associations voting member in all league meetings.
- Register summer and fall teams for league play.

DUTIES OF THE DIRECTOR OF FUND RAISING
The Director of Fund Raising shall:
- Identify Fund Raising Needs.
- Develop Fund Raising strategies.
- Manage all aspects of the softball "Royale".
- Solicit Sponsors.
- Work with the Tournament Director to develop Fund Raising strategies at the Royal Rampage.
- Coordinates Pre & Post Season Banquets.

DUTIES OF THE EVALUATIONS DIRECTOR
The Evaluations Director shall:
- Chair the evaluation committee.
- Oversee the player selection process.
- Determine the criteria for placement of players on teams.
- Responsible for all duties associated with Tryouts.
- Review all waiver requests.
- Present the final team rosters to the board for final approval.

DUTIES OF THE PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
The Director of Program Development shall:
- Recruit coaches.
- Conduct coaches clinics.
- Manage all aspects including staffing, scheduling and the administration of Winter Gym.
- Conduct player clinics.

DUTIES OF THE FALL BALL DIRECTOR
The Fall Ball Director shall:
- Collect and compile Fall Ball Registration Forms.
- Recruit coaches for Fall Ball Teams.
- Submit completed rosters to Fall Ball coaches.
- Submit Fall Ball team registration forms to the League Representative.

DUTIES OF THE ROYAL RAMPAGE DIRECTOR
The Royal Rampage Director shall:
- Responsible for all duties associated with running the Royal Rampage.
- Appointment committees for concessions, volunteers and other help needed to run the Royal Rampage.
- Coordinate all tournament entries for the organization.

DUTIES OF THE EQUIPMENT DIRECTOR
The Equipment Director shall:
- Keep inventory of all uniforms, equipment & first aid supplies owned by the organization.
- Make recommendations to the board for the purchased of all new equipment.
- Allocate equipment to the individual teams.
- Manage the Hopkins Fastpitch clothing line.
- Maintain the Cushman.

DUTIES OF THE FACILITIES DIRECTOR
The Facilities Director shall:
- Contact Community Service to reserve needed facilities.
- Hire and train workers for Field Maintenance.
- Make recommendations for Field Improvements.
- Schedule Umpires.
- Schedule fields for practices and games.
- Schedule the delivery of the portable restrooms.

DUTIES OF THE COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
The Communications Director shall:
- Handle all Marketing and Publicity for the organization.
- Liaison between all of the schools in District 270.
- Point person for communication with MHGS.
- Contact person for all general questions directed to the organization.

DUTIES OF THE WEBMASTER
The Webmaster shall:
- Maintain the organization's web site.

MEMBER AT-LARGE
This is a non-voting board position.
- Board meeting participation for extended periods.
- Duties assigned by a voting member or committee chair.
- Committee participation as assigned.
